Working with us
- What does the free consultation actually include?
- A call with a specialist rather than a salesperson. We look at your current site, your search visibility and your competitors, then tell you what we think is worth doing — including the parts you could reasonably do yourself. There is no obligation and no time limit on deciding.
- Why don't you publish fixed prices?
- Because no two projects are the same. A five-page brochure site and a custom CRM integration are both 'web development', and quoting a single number for either would be misleading. We scope each engagement individually and the quote itself is free.
- Do you work with clients outside India?
- Yes. We are based in West Bengal and work with clients worldwide, largely over email and scheduled calls. Our team of 31 covers enough time-zone overlap for most working relationships.
- Are we locked into a contract?
- No. SEO retainers run month to month. Development projects are milestone-based, and ongoing maintenance after launch is optional, never mandatory.
Web development
- What is a free design concept?
- For website projects we produce a homepage design direction before you commit any money, so you can judge the standard of our work on your own brand rather than on someone else's portfolio.
- What do you build websites with?
- We pick the stack to suit the project. That is usually React and Next.js for marketing sites and web apps, WordPress where the client needs a familiar editor, and React Native or Flutter for mobile. Back ends are typically Node.js or Python.
- Will I be able to edit the site myself?
- Yes. We build sites to be maintained by your team and hand over documentation at launch. We do not hold sites hostage to a maintenance contract.
- How long does a website take?
- A straightforward marketing site typically runs four to six weeks from kickoff to launch. Web apps, custom software and mobile apps depend entirely on scope, which we agree in writing before starting.
SEO
- How long until I see SEO results?
- Technical fixes can show within weeks. Meaningful ranking and traffic movement usually takes three to six months, and competitive terms take longer. Anyone promising page one in thirty days is either guessing or cutting corners you will pay for later.
- Can you guarantee a number one ranking?
- No, and neither can anyone else. Search engines do not sell or guarantee organic positions. What we can commit to is a defined scope of work, transparent monthly reporting on rankings, traffic and conversions, and honest advice about what is realistic for your market.
- My site was penalised. Can you help?
- Usually. We start with an audit to establish whether the drop came from a manual action, an algorithm update or a technical problem, because the remedy is different in each case. We will tell you if we think recovery is not worth the spend.
Link building
- Are your guest posts on real websites?
- Yes. Every placement is on a genuine, Google-indexed site with real traffic. We do not use private blog networks, expired domains or auto-generated sites — those are exactly what trigger penalties.
- What does DR mean, and what do you target?
- Domain Rating is a 0-100 estimate of a domain's backlink authority. We generally place on DR 20-30+ sites and can target higher bands on request, though quality of fit matters more than the number alone.
- How quickly do links go live?
- Typically three to seven working days per placement. Securing a guest post means finding a relevant site, reaching the editor, pitching a topic and getting it approved — we do not rush that, because rushing it is how you end up on a bad site.
